Primary Goal

Create an experience that focuses on providing high value to the community while encouraging investment, donations, volunteering, and partnerships.

Problem Solving

  • Ensure the site can be managed by a limited staff and budget.
  • Structure program and service content in an efficient, equitable, and effective manner.
  • Create a tone and online visual identity for the organization that reinforces “community”.

New Architecture

We shifted the organization from program silos into a service structure in order to simplify the site and connect the audience to information and outcomes quickly and effectively.
